About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning and delivery of client programs leading up to and throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ and additional FIFA events
  • Support global and local market initiatives, hospitality and other partnership activations
  • Manage premiums, merchandise, brand assets, imagery and video content supporting the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ partnership
  • Manage the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ Public Viewing Event licensing process in coordination with FIFA and relevant property stakeholders
  • Manage the FIFA Trophy appearance workstream, including planning, coordination, approvals and logistics
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for the client, agency partners, FIFA stakeholders, vendors and other key partners
  • Conduct research and develop client-ready POVs, activation plans, competitive analyses and ongoing reporting
  • Support strategic planning for the global sponsorship team and identify opportunities to maximize partnership value and impact
  • Coordinate across global, regional and local teams to drive alignment, consistency and efficiencies
  • Manage project administration, including timelines, approvals, trackers, meeting materials, status updates and documentation
  • Support on-site tournament planning and execution in Brazil as required
  • Assist with FIFA approvals for partnership assets and content, coordinating submissions, materials, feedback and status tracking
  • Support budget management and financial tracking across assigned FIFA workstreams
  • Support measurement and reporting across FIFA partnership programs and activations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of agency or client-side experience in sponsorship account management, property management, sports marketing or a related field
  • Experience working within women’s sports and/or football/soccer platforms or properties
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sponsorship marketing strategies and programs on behalf of clients or brands
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, rights holders and other key stakeholders
  • Experience supporting the development, negotiation and execution of sponsorship programs and activations
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritizing competing demands, managing multiple projects and delivering against deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, markets and workstreams while maintaining alignment and consistency
  • Practical experience supporting on-site event marketing operations, logistics and activation execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills, working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of sports business and sponsorship marketing
  • Genuine interest in football and the continued growth of the women’s game strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally, including extended periods in Brazil surrounding the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™
