About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Senior Talent Lead in managing a global portfolio of athlete, ambassador and talent partnerships
- Serve as a key contact across internal teams, regional partners, talent representatives and stakeholders
- Support talent identification, vetting, research, evaluation and recommendations
- Assist with talent negotiations and contracting
- Manage onboarding, milestones, contractual obligations, approvals, asset tracking, invoicing and payments
- Build and maintain relationships with talent representatives
- Coordinate talent appearances and activations, including briefings, schedules, travel, transportation and on-site logistics
- Manage marketing and creative approval processes involving talent
- Maintain trackers, calendars and status documents
- Support client-facing presentations, POVs, evaluations, recommendations and recaps
- Monitor talent, cultural and industry news
- Support major global events and tentpole moments
- Partner across strategy, creative, experiential, social and regional teams
- Identify challenges, opportunities and next steps proactively
- Work under the leadership of a Senior Talent Lead and take ownership of day-to-day work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in account management, talent partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, sponsorship or a related agency or client environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with senior team members, clients, talent and external partners
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and accountability
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work in-office four days per week
- Preferred: experience working directly with athletes, talent, agents or managers
- Preferred: familiarity with talent agreements, contractual deliverables, usage rights and approval processes
- Preferred: experience supporting global or multi-market programs, major sporting events or large-scale brand partnerships
