About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Investor Relations managers covering France and Northern Europe across fundraising and investor servicing activities
- Assist with planning and implementation of capital-raising strategy
- Coordinate logistics and prepare documentation for fundraising periods
- Produce meeting notes, meeting materials, and preparation materials for investor meetings and events
- Maintain relationships with existing LPs and prospects
- Respond to day-to-day investor requests and queries
- Coordinate with Client Services on DDQs and onboarding
- Coordinate with Communications on investor event marketing
- Prepare and produce materials for internal investor relations meetings
- Manage IR-specific software, including CRM, and maintain accurate fundraising information
- Contribute to improving processes and procedures
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s international offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in French
- Undergraduate degree with strong academics
- Passion for investments
- Strong financial, analytical and technical skills, including working with AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and independence
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to consistently deliver on commitments
- Ability to take on feedback and apply it to future work
- Ability to validate own work for quality, accuracy and relevance
- Ability to escalate identified risks appropriately
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Competent in preparing impactful presentations
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Confident and proactive use of AI and digital tools
- Critical thinking and responsible use of AI outputs
