About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
Own the architecture and development of full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate closely with product managers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and high system reliability.
Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging AWS services.
Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and system architecture.
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Deliver products supporting internal operations and market-facing initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve the platform and digital experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
At least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (DocumentDB, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong advocacy for clean code, tests, scalability, and performance optimization.
Fluency in English is essential; CV must be submitted in English.
