About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Heartbeat AI go-to-market efforts across multiple markets
- Pull, structure, and sanity-check performance data across pricing, packaging, and positioning initiatives
- Prepare pricing and packaging analyses across markets
- Research positioning angles, competitor moves, and market trends
- Build foundational understanding of Heartbeat AI unit economics through monetisation data work
- Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders across regions
- Join relevant cross-functional syncs
- Maintain performance dashboards and trackers spanning multiple markets
- Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks and small projects end to end
- Report to the Go-to-Market Director and collaborate with global Go-to-Market team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally in Business, Energy Economics or a related field
- Able to work around 15 to 20 hours per week alongside studies
- Curiosity about GTM, pricing, or product strategy
- Structured and reliable; able to follow through and flag blockers early
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
- Interest in numbers and unit economics
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions or challenge inconsistencies
- Fast learner comfortable with new tools and a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable working with different teams and cultures across markets
- Fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal
- Additional European languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus
- Prior exposure to the energy market or a tech/startup environment is a plus, but not required
