About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing intercompany transactions
- Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Preparing and implementing accounting eliminations for month-end and year-end closing
- Ongoing coordination with affiliated companies
- Collaborating and coordinating interfaces with Group Reporting
- Supporting 1KOMMA5°’s mission to install renewable energy systems and smart energy management solutions and connect them to the electricity market through Heartbeat AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training (e.g., as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or accountant) or a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate, multi-entity, or shared services environment
- Solid practical experience with intercompany transactions and closing processes
- Proficiency in DATEV
- Openness to and practical user experience with modern AI tools and software-supported workflows
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Business-fluent German at C-level proficiency
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company-wide team events
