About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with product managers and gain deep insight into the hardware product portfolio (PV, energy storage, heat pumps, and wallboxes)
- Support innovations in sustainable energy solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct strategic analyses as well as technical product and competitor comparisons
- Derive and implement concrete product initiatives
- Prepare complex technical hardware products for sales teams
- Identify, visualize, and continuously improve relevant product metrics
- Use cutting-edge technologies and targeted AI tools to make product management processes and analyses more efficient
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, engineering, or a related field, with at least two semesters remaining
- Available to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Ideally, initial practical experience in product management, strategy development, or market insights
- Interest in or prior knowledge of CleanTech, renewable energy, or hardware systems is a plus
- Strong affinity for AI or prior AI knowledge, ideally with experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively to different audiences
- Highly independent, proactive, and structured approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and high reliability
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment
- Agile, results-oriented mindset and a strong team-player mentality
- Fluent German (C-level proficiency)
- Fluent written and spoken English
