About the role

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration
  • Translate complex user and business problems into clear product requirements and executable releases

  • Build intuitive, high-quality customer-facing products with a focus on usability
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle
  • Partner closely with engineering throughout planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with data, business, and other internal stakeholders
  • Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly in writing
  • Drive alignment across teams in asynchronous and highly ambiguous working environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with ownership of a live software product
  • Demonstrated track record of building customer-facing technology products
  • Strong product judgement and ability to simplify complex problems
  • Experience using KPIs, usage data, customer feedback, and product insights to guide decisions
  • High degree of ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred
  • Technical fluency or an engineering background is highly advantageous
  • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products is a strong plus
  • Experience taking products from 0→1 and iterating based on real-world usage is highly valued
