About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively identify automation opportunities with business teams
Engage with users, managers, and stakeholders to understand needs, business rules, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Gather and map current-state processes (AS IS)
Design future-state processes (TO BE), proposing improvements and automation alternatives
Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, business rules, activity flows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria
Assess opportunities based on functional feasibility, complexity, frequency, activity volume, systems involved, and expected benefits
Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements for automation implementation
Evaluate solution alternatives using UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform resources
Support the qualification and prioritization of the automation opportunity pipeline
Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validation with business teams
Monitor the results of implemented automations and identify opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
Foster collaboration between business and technology, ensuring alignment of expectations and the collaborative development of solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
Knowledge of RPA and process automation concepts
Knowledge of the UiPath platform
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform
Knowledge of documenting processes, business rules, and acceptance criteria
Understanding of feasibility analysis and operational benefits measurement
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across different departments and organizational levels
Active listening skills and the ability to understand needs and translate problems into functional requirements
Analytical thinking, process-oriented perspective, and problem-solving mindset
