About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, test, and maintain automations using the UiPath platform, following best practices in architecture, coding, security, and governance
Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities, assessing technical feasibility, complexity, and potential operational benefits
Develop attended and unattended robots, considering performance, scalability, availability, and resilience requirements
Integrate with enterprise systems, web and desktop applications, databases, APIs, and structured and unstructured files
Implement exception handling, logging, auditing, failure recovery, and automation monitoring mechanisms
Configure and technically administer solutions in UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, assets, schedules, credentials, and execution management
Conduct unit and integration testing, as well as user acceptance testing with business teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables
Diagnose incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements to existing automations
Prepare technical documentation, development specifications, process flows, and operating procedures
Collaborate with business analysts, architecture, infrastructure, information security, and other technology teams
Provide technical support to team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to the standardization and advancement of RPA development practices
Transform operational and business processes into automated solutions to increase productivity, reduce manual activities, improve operational efficiency, and scale operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, proven experience developing automations using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
Strong command of workflow development, data manipulation, loops and decision structures, exception handling, and process debugging
Experience with attended and unattended automations, including robot publishing, scheduling, execution, and monitoring
Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations, JSON and XML manipulation, and consumption of enterprise services
Experience with SQL and queries against relational databases
Knowledge of VB.NET and/or C#, with the ability to develop expressions, functions, and reusable components
Experience automating web and desktop applications, including handling selectors, dynamic elements, and interface failures
Knowledge of version control, preferably Git, and practices for organizing, versioning, and promoting solutions across environments
Experience with requirements analysis, technical documentation, testing, and production support of solutions
UiPath certifications, such as UiPath Certified Professional, are a plus
Experience with agile development methodologies and demand management tools is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices applied to RPA solutions is a plus
Experience integrating RPA, APIs, and artificial intelligence services is a plus
Experience working in large-scale corporate environments with multiple integrated systems and security and governance requirements is a plus
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, or administrative processes is a plus
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Technical autonomy and the ability to lead end-to-end deliveries
