Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Build and manage key relationships
- Synthesize information from multiple sources
- Maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog
- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Translate the product manager’s strategy into actionable features, stories, and tasks
- Ensure alignment between product goals and overall business objectives
- Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of backlog items and facilitate efficient delivery
- Accept completed user stories against acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Validate assumptions and business problems
- Define clear requirements
- Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team
- Communicate progress to key stakeholders throughout the sprint and release
- Draft and send stakeholder communications
