Lead the design, configuration, integration strategy, and end-to-end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions
Partner with clients, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing Dayforce architectures
Ensure solution integrity and drive best practices

Support successful deployment, optimization, and long-term adoption
Lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions
Manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience implementing Dayforce HCM solutions as a lead or architect
Deep expertise in multiple Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time, WFM, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Strong understanding of Dayforce data model, workflows, security, and Continuous Calculation
Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, XML, and integration frameworks
Proven ability to lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions
Experience with enterprise HCM/HRIS transformation projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations
