About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize NetSuite processes and improve user adoption
Manage procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and inventory processes
Identify root causes of recurring operational issues and implement scalable solutions
Partner with Accounting to resolve aging invoices, payment disputes, and workflow inefficiencies
Support item setup, pricing, inventory, assemblies, and vendor onboarding
Develop operational reporting, saved searches, and process documentation
Support vendor consolidation, supplier performance, and procurement process maturity initiatives
Strengthen vendor and supplier relationships
Support sourcing initiatives, contract execution, and procurement governance
Improve purchasing efficiency, pricing structures, and vendor performance management
Help scale a centralized procurement function purchasing products and services at enterprise scale and supporting franchise operations globally
Contribute to long-term procurement strategy and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on NetSuite experience
Procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience
Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable, and vendor management
Experience with inventory management and item master maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot ERP issues directly with business users
Strong cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and external vendors
Ability to independently own issues from identification through resolution
Preferred: Strategic sourcing or indirect procurement experience
Preferred: Vendor relationship management and supplier performance programs
Preferred: LogicBroker, EDI, or ERP integrations
Preferred: NetSuite Saved Searches and reporting
Preferred: SQL and data analysis skills
Preferred: Assemblies, kits, warehouse, or inventory management experience
Preferred: Post-ERP implementation stabilization and optimization
