Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and Oracle configurations
Maintain the test script inventory, including script ownership, assignments, priorities, and status
Track scripts planned, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and outstanding for each test cycle
Coordinate test execution with business users, functional leads, and technical teams
Perform system integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and UAT support
Test business processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM
Validate data flows between Oracle and connected systems, including integrations and reports
Document test-cycle results, evidence, defects, retest results, and outstanding items
Document defects, track them through resolution, and retest fixes
Report testing progress, script counts, blockers, and go-live risks
Support business users during UAT and testing during deployment and post-go-live stabilization

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Experience creating test cases, coordinating test cycles, managing test script inventories, and tracking defects
Understanding of end-to-end business processes in at least one Oracle functional area, such as Finance, Procurement/SCM, or HCM
Experience testing integrations, reports, and data conversions
Ability to maintain accurate script counts and clearly summarize test cycle results for project stakeholders
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain issues clearly
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills
Preferred: Experience with Oracle implementation or transformation projects
Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud testing tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management and defect-tracking tools
Preferred: Experience supporting UAT and go-live activities
