Key responsibilities & impact

Support the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin Transformation) program
Optimize and streamline payroll processes
Provide ongoing support for Employee Central Payroll extensions and integrations
Develop and support solutions using SAP ABAP, Schemas, CPI, and related technologies
Triage issues during the program's Hypercare phase
Provide software engineering support for software development
Support application integration and troubleshooting
Perform scripting and SaaS application configuration
Support payroll processing, including GL, time files, and running payroll
Support taxes and Employee Central Payroll integrations
Support vendor eligibility and interfaces, including Conduent and Allegiant
Support reporting

What you’ll need

Substantial experience in SAP ABAP development, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience building integrations in the SAP CPI platform, including Groovy scripting
Strong background in SAP Payroll, on-premises and/or Employee Central Payroll
Well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts/capabilities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of software development concepts and ability to apply them
Ability to self-organize and independently work tasks to closure
Ability to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical audiences
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a virtual team
US citizenship required due to program requirements
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with JIRA
Experience with SAP FIORI, UI5, BTP, AL11, and ODATA
Experience developing web service integrations
