Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience and deep understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Proficiency developing scalable and maintainable business applications using SAP CAPM
Expertise applying SAP best practices for cloud-native application development
Experience architecting enterprise-grade services using SAP CAPM, Node.js/JavaScript, and Core Data Services (CDS)
Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for BTP deployments
Ability to translate complex global HR business requirements into cloud technical specifications
Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring robust testing
Experience designing, implementing, and managing SAP HANA Cloud data platforms
Experience with platform performance optimization and data security management
Experience with data modeling, complex HDI containers, database performance optimization, and SAP HANA calculation views
Experience deploying SAP Work Zone and integrating business applications, workflows, and collaboration tools
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors extension points, custom fields, MDF objects, and OData API
Advanced handling of SuccessFactors OData v2/v4 APIs
Familiarity with RBP, CIS, IAS, IPS, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) concepts
Strong background designing and deploying SAP Fiori/UI5 user experiences
Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and custom SAPUI5 applications developed within SAP BAS and SF WZ theming
Understanding of SAP UX guidelines
Understanding of SAP BTP security concepts, including identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and compliance
