Key responsibilities & impact

Execute deliveries and supply retirements for counterparties, commercial clients, and utility partnerships
Manage project and delivery information in Artemis and third-party tracking registries
Serve as a primary contact for counterparties regarding trading and contractual obligations
Collaborate with teammates, product managers, and engineering teams to build operational tools and automate workflows
Manage current database platforms and support the transition to a new ETRM platform
Support internal clients and external commercial counterparties with transactional and delivery details
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Trading teams
Compare datasets to troubleshoot discrepancies, isolate errors, and maintain data integrity
Implement innovative tooling, including agentic AI workflows, to improve efficiency
Achieve defined 30-, 90-, 180-day, and one-year operational milestones
Serve as a subject matter expert for utility partnerships and commercial deliveries
Trial new technology features and optimize software workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in business operations, workflow execution, or process-oriented roles
Proven ability to maintain high accuracy using checklists, formulas, double-checks, or technical tools
Demonstrated critical thinking and independent problem-solving ability
Experience comparing and reconciling two or more distinct data sets to identify discrepancies and resolve errors
Track record of process improvement and optimizing manual tasks
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs/Index Match, formulas, and data manipulation
Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a plus
Experience using AI tools or agents for process innovation and work verification
Excellent written communication skills
Basic SQL familiarity is a nice-to-have
Experience working alongside software developers or product managers is a nice-to-have
Familiarity with Environmental Attribute Certificates (EACs) is a nice-to-have
