About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, using a project-oriented approach
- Train users and ensure successful software adoption
- Provide functional support based on expertise in public procurement
- Identify key users and uncover growth opportunities
- Relay field needs to help drive the continuous evolution of the solution
- Serve as the strategic link between customers, the Sales team, and the Product team
- Support users in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in successfully delivering their projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in public law
- Based in Lyon or the surrounding area
- At least 2 years of experience managing public procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with demanding stakeholders
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Eager to discover a new perspective on the profession through an innovative tool
- Regular travel to customer sites
- Remote work
- Visits to the Lille headquarters, particularly during onboarding
