About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
- Create scalable, efficient, and secure AI infrastructure
- Develop, program, and train complex AI algorithms
- Explore and implement optimal solutions using LLMs on Azure and AWS
- Create best practices for implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Implement data transformation and data ingestion infrastructure
- Build, maintain, and optimize AI models
- Confirm that security is at a high enough level on AI-related systems
- Mentor and help team members in the field of AI
- Travel occasionally based on business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a field related to AI, such as data science, computer science, IT or statistics
- At least 3 years in field of IT automation, RPA, AI, or relevant areas
- Extensive knowledge of statistics, calculus or algebra
- Understanding of probability and machine learning models, including Naive Bayes, hidden Markov and Gaussian mixture models
- Proficiency with Python and Java
- Solid understanding of algorithms and applied mathematics
- Good knowledge of NLP and ability to process and analyze large data sets
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks and architectures, such as transformers and generative adversarial networks (GANs)
- Experience with LLMs and their applications
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for generative AI models
- Understanding of potential biases and ethical considerations in AI systems
- Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud-based AI platforms and services
- Experience deploying secure cloud solutions using Terraform
- Knowledge of Azure ML and SageMaker
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
- Strong communication skills in English
- Finnish language fluency is a plus, not required
- Must pass the Finnish security clearance (perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys)
