About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ensure production plans are executed efficiently and in compliance with local legislation and company policies
- Monitor daily operations to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner
- Maintain high standards for quality, environmental responsibility, and information security
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs
- Support employee engagement, performance management, skills development, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with local management and other stakeholders to achieve operational and business objectives
- Participate in hands-on production work alongside the team when required
- Report to the Production Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience as technician, supervisor and/or team leader in production/warehouse environment
- Experience from working in an international company is seen as advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including documentation, presentation and information sharing
- Familiarity with planning, quality and safety in production
- Supervisor and people management skills
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in Finnish and English
- Excellent interpersonal and cooperation skills
- Problem solving skills and development mindset
- Educational background as technician or vocational qualifications in technology, logistics, business or similar
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience of ERP and/or asset management systems
