- 3rd Party 서비스 및 플랫폼 연동을 통한 신규 기능 및 서비스 확장 기획
- 다양한 디바이스 및 채널로 AI Agent 경험을 확장하기 위한 서비스 구조 기획
- 개발, AI/ML, UX 및 외부 파트너와 협업하여 서비스 요구사항과 연동 정책 정의
- 서비스 운영 데이터와 사용자 피드백을 기반으로 AI 경험 및 기능 개선
Requirements
What you’ll need- 서비스 기획, 프로덕트 기획, PO/PM 등 관련 업무 경험
- AI Assistant, Chatbot, Voice Assistant, LLM 서비스 등 대화형 AI 서비스를 직접 기획하거나 운영해본 경험
- Agent 또는 캐릭터의 페르소나, 응답 Tone & Manner, 대화 경험을 설계해본 경험
- 사용자 관점에서 시나리오와 Use Case를 정의하고 서비스 요구사항으로 구체화할 수 있는 능력
- 실제 서비스의 출시 및 운영 과정에서 사용자 피드백과 데이터를 기반으로 개선해본 경험
- 개발, AI/ML, UX 등 다양한 유관 조직과 협업하여 서비스를 만들어본 경험
