- 고객사 Cyber Security 요구사항 분석 및 Feature별 차량 적용 계획 수립·관리
- 보안 사양 적용 SW 버전 지정 및 개발 우선순위·보안 검증·배포 일정 조율
- Vehicle PM, SW 개발팀, SW 배포 담당자, PMO, 사업, 검증 등 조직 간 협업 조율 및 의사결정 주도
- 개발·통합·실차 검증 단계의 보안 테스트 계획·진척·결함·조치 현황 관리
- 기술적 리스크 식별 및 대응
- SoC, 제어기, Cyber Security Feature, 인프라, SW 협력사의 기술 산출물·일정·품질 이슈 관리

Requirements
What you’ll need- PM/PMO/Product Manager 또는 유관 직무 경력 5년 이상
- 차량, 임베디드 SW, ECU, 차량 플랫폼 또는 커넥티드카 분야에서 복수 개발팀 및 외부 협력사와 HW·FW·SW 통합 개발 일정을 관리하거나 기술 리드로 참여한 경험
- 보안 관련 프로젝트를 전체 SW 개발 일정에 맞춰 리딩하고, 보안 적용 버전·개발 우선순위·배포 일정을 유관 조직과 조율해 의사결정을 이끌어낸 경험
- OS, 임베디드 소프트웨어 구조, 네트워크 또는 차량용 통신(CAN, Ethernet 등)에 대한 기본적 이해
- SDV 및 SW 아키텍처에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 보안 사양이 타 기능에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있는 역량
- 기술적 논점을 개발 일정 및 의사결정 항목으로 구조화하고, 문서화와 커뮤니케이션을 통해 여러 이해관계자 간 합의를 이끌 수 있는 역량
- 자동차 보안 관련 국제 표준 및 법규(ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155 등)를 실제 프로젝트에 적용해 본 경험
- ASPICE 심사 또는 CSMS 인증 대응 경험
- 다수의 이해관계자가 얽힌 상황에서 Owner를 정의하고 일정 및 기술 이슈를 중재해 본 경험
- 한국어 능력 수준 입력 필수
