About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline stages, lead qualification, team handoffs, and deal progression
  • Shadow Sales team members and Business Analysts in working sessions, interviews, and requirements discussions
  • Develop familiarity with company products, customers, and commercial priorities
  • Assist in mapping sales workflows and drafting process maps, swimlane diagrams, and flowcharts
  • Take structured notes in stakeholder meetings and prepare summaries, action items, and draft requirements
  • Maintain business process documentation, requirements backlogs, and project artifacts
  • Support drafting user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Pull, organize, and summarize sales data in Excel
  • Build reports, charts, and summaries on pipeline health, conversion, and process performance
  • Identify CRM data inconsistencies and assist with cleanup and data quality efforts
  • Support CRM enhancement projects by documenting requirements, tracking questions, and following up on decisions
  • Participate in user acceptance testing by executing test scenarios, documenting results, logging defects, and tracking issues
  • Prepare release notes, quick reference guides, and training documentation
  • Assist with Sales user support questions and escalate issues as needed
  • Communicate with Sales, IT, and leadership
  • Provide status updates and raise questions or blockers
  • Collaborate across teams and accept coaching and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected within the current academic year) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask questions, seek answers, and learn new tools quickly
  • Professional maturity, reliability, and a collaborative attitude
