About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the Plant’s overall cleanliness
Clean the yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom, and offices
Empty and properly dispose of trash, debris, and garbage
Maintain work areas, bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and frequently touched equipment
Communicate directly with plant management on a regular basis
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Attention to detail required to promote safety for you and others
High motivation and ability to work overtime as necessary
Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, elements, and air particulate
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye protection, ear protection at several locations, and safety shoes
Close vision, distance vision, and color vision abilities
Must work second shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am
