About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the estimating team both technically and disciplinarily
- Take responsibility for bids in road construction, civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Approve estimates, assess risks and define the strategy
- Help shape alternative bids and variation strategies
- Further develop standards and software
- Coordinate with senior management and the Head of Construction before each submission
- Take over and further develop an established team in Berlin-Adlershof
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in civil engineering
- Several years of experience in estimating for road construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI and public procurement law
- Initial leadership experience
- German proficiency at least at C1 level
