About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage HVAC, plumbing and building-services projects in existing buildings, often while operations continue
- Oversee projects from planning through acceptance and handover
- Coordinate installers and subcontractors
- Manage schedules, costs, quality and variation orders in accordance with VOB
- Coordinate with clients, facility operators and specialist design engineers
- Identify, offer and price follow-on projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical qualification or master craftsman's qualification in HVAC, plumbing and building services, or a degree in building services engineering / technical building services
- Experience as a construction or project manager in building services
- Solid knowledge of VOB, variation orders and HOAI service phases
- Calm and solution-oriented when work does not go according to plan while operations continue
- German proficiency at least C1 level
