Key responsibilities & impact

Technical procurement and tendering of building services packages (HVAC, plumbing, sanitary and electrical systems)
Soliciting, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations
Leading tender negotiations together with the estimating and project management teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration or engineering, or comparable vocational qualification
Experience in technical procurement, ideally with a focus on building services (MEP)
Technical understanding of building services trades
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
