About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare cost estimates for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems for turnkey construction projects
- Review and evaluate TGA bills of quantities and specifications
- Request and compare subcontractor quotations
- Determine quantities and support work preparation
- Prepare estimates for variations during project execution
- Coordinate with project management and specialist construction management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering, or qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson
- Several years of experience in TGA estimating or work preparation
- Proficient in estimating and AVA software
- Good understanding of interfaces between building services and structural construction
- German language skills at minimum C1 level
