About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the performance of multiple 60 seconds to Napoli restaurants worldwide
Plan, coordinate, and implement upcoming new restaurant openings across Germany and internationally
Provide on-site operational support during expansion
Ensure smooth operations and successful launches at new locations
Identify and develop talent within the teams
Ensure high quality standards
Support the implementation of processes and routines using management tools such as e2n and Marketman
Prepare revenue, cost, and operational analyses
Optimize operational planning
Build and model a motivating, team-oriented company culture
Work directly with senior management to achieve company objectives
Maintain an overview, take a hands-on approach, and embody team spirit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience, with at least 2 years in operations management or a comparable role in the hospitality or chain-restaurant industry
Extensive experience in hospitality, ideally as an Operations Manager with leadership responsibility
Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of operational processes and business relationships
Experience leading and motivating teams
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel and work at various locations across Germany
High willingness to travel
Valid driver's license
Very good German language skills
Basic English skills, ideally
Willingness to work across Germany and internationally
