About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day relationship with creators around their ventures
- Understand creator priorities, protect their time, and ensure agreed commitments are delivered
- Build trusted relationships with creators and their teams
- Keep creators connected to the product, customer feedback, and next business milestone
- Turn creator commitments into filming and publishing schedules for launches and ongoing support
- Secure filming time early while accommodating travel and existing commitments
- Prepare creators with the content producer so each shoot has a clear purpose and brief
- Follow content through filming, editing, approval, and publication on creator channels
- Confirm posts are live
- Identify delays, scheduling clashes, and potential brand conflicts early
- Develop recovery plans and escalate commercial or contractual decisions to management
- Maintain records of commitments, approvals, usage permissions, and published links
- Provide weekly updates on completed, at-risk, and decision-needed items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing creators, talent, or high-profile personalities
- Demonstrable examples of taking commitments through to completion
- Understanding of working with creators and their teams across MENA
- Fluent English required
- Arabic is a strong advantage but not essential
- Ability to have direct conversations about missed commitments while preserving trust
- Ability to judge when to push, solve a problem, or escalate
- Organized, discreet, and calm when plans change
- Ability to run a reliable calendar and tracker in Notion, Google Calendar, or similar tools
- Include current location and notice period in application
- CV or LinkedIn profile and a short example of a personally managed creator or talent project
