About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web pages and reusable components
Implement full Arabic RTL and English LTR support, including layout mirroring, typography and localized content
Integrate the website with external systems and services through REST/GraphQL APIs
Work with the CMS and backend layer, including content models, data fetching and light server-side logic
Meet SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Core Web Vitals targets
Apply secure coding practices, including OWASP Top 10, input validation, secure headers and data protection
Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer and DevOps Engineer on releases deployed to Microsoft Azure
Document components, integrations and decisions, and hand knowledge over to the client's team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years building and maintaining corporate websites and web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS and a modern framework (React/Next.js or Angular)
Proven delivery of bilingual websites with Arabic RTL support
Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with a headless or enterprise CMS
Working knowledge of a backend stack (Node.js or .NET) and databases (Azure SQL / SQL Server, Azure Database for PostgreSQL), enough to build, secure, and maintain API integrations
Experience with Git, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
At least one delivered project for a client in Saudi Arabia
Proficient in Arabic and English
Nice to have: Server-side rendering and static generation for SEO
Nice to have: Hosting experience on Azure (App Service, Static Web Apps, Front Door/CDN)
Nice to have: Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Sitecore, Strapi, Contentful)
Nice to have: Familiarity with Saudi data-protection and cybersecurity requirements (PDPL, NCA)
