Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain integrated work plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for cybersecurity workstreams
Track staffing, labor utilization, deliverable status, and performance measures
Prepare concise status reports for program leadership
Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, manage follow-up actions, and keep project records current
Support change control, release readiness, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications
Work with technical leads to translate delivery priorities into executable project plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Seven or more years of project control, project management, program operations, or delivery coordination experience
Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT modernization, cloud, or systems-engineering delivery efforts
Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting in a complex, multi-team environment
Strong organization, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
