About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the Principal to oversee all assigned engagements, including scheduling, job planning, and staffing
Manage the work program and time budget
Review questionable engagement findings
Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, management letters, and tax returns
Conduct an engagement evaluation report for each team member
Coordinate and monitor engagement budgets
Support new businesses with entity selection and software implementation
Represent the firm at networking events and private functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of public accounting experience
Minimum of 2+ years working with construction or real estate clients
Experience overseeing large review engagements and audits
Active CPA or JD
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and proficiency with various accounting software
US Citizen or Green Card holder
