About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outstanding, dedicated client care and maintain professional relationships with current, potential, and former clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and concerns
  • Own client issues from start to finish and ensure resolutions meet or exceed client expectations
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential questions or concerns
  • Build and maintain relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and other stakeholders to support retention and business growth
  • Educate clients on systems, tools, policies, products, and services
  • Maintain organized and accurate account information, interaction records, service issues, and resolutions
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with internal partners to execute business plans and strategies
  • Leverage company resources and tools to maximize service efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Client Experience Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
  • 3+ years of account management experience preferred, with a focus on client relationship management and service delivery
  • Experience in Benefits Administration preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, ideally once per year, to support client relationship initiatives
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client service and maintaining a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively, even in high-pressure situations
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and high call and email volumes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under stressful conditions
  • Competence in navigating multiple web-based programs and utilizing technology
  • Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and other compliance requirements for handling sensitive information
