Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA preferred

  • Proven success running cross-functional programs with multiple senior stakeholders, including changing the behavior of Sales or Marketing leaders without direct authority and directly challenging blockers
  • Working fluency with pipeline and CRM data in Salesforce, enough to identify where a motion is stalling; building models is not required

  • Experience with OKR frameworks and connecting program execution to business outcomes preferred
  • Strong command of Asana or other project management tools

  • Strong cross-functional influencer who drives outcomes without direct authority
  • Direct and accountable, able to challenge blockers, hold stakeholders to commitments, and escalate with a clear recommendation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator, able to distill complexity into a one-page pre-read for any audience
