About the role

Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, business information systems, insurance studies / risk and insurance, industrial engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on insurance
3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally at a management consultancy or insurance company
Knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization is desirable
Experience with insurance processes
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in operational excellence and process management are a plus
Ability to work independently and organize projects effectively
Empathy and the ability to provide consultative advice to clients as an equal partner
Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel to client sites
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
