Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures
Independently lead client projects from planning through implementation
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets
Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
Actively contribute to the development of the consulting portfolio and business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance professional and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on insurance
3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally at a management consultancy or insurance company
Knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization is preferred
Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of how to design complex workflows efficiently and sustainably
Independent working style, initiative, and the ability to organize projects autonomously
Empathy and the ability to provide collaborative, partnership-based client advice
Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel to client locations
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus
