About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review Driver Hours of Service (HOS), ELD logs, driver files, and qualifications for accuracy and compliance
Perform audits and monitoring to ensure policy and procedure compliance
Oversee fleet and driver files
Manage CVOR events and compliance monitoring
Enter data into Driver Qualification Files and fleet maintenance records
Report violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims, and other incidents
Schedule follow-up with drivers regarding incidents and violations
Collaborate with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints
Order Driver Abstracts for annual reviews
Evaluate driver fuel usage and border crossings
Update records and provide reports as required
Remain on call for emergency situations
Assist with other Safety and Compliance functions as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punjabi second language is always an asset
Knowledge of Hours of Service and MTO and DOT regulations is a plus
Keen attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills
Excellent computer knowledge and proficiency with Zoho CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize work to meet deadlines
Database management skills are a must
Available to work some weekends if required
Experience with other trucking companies is a plus
Bachelor's degree required
English required
E-Log book auditing: 1 year preferred
Zoho applications: 1 year preferred
