Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical discovery sessions with potential customers to understand requirements, challenges, and objectives
Design and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept showcasing Spacetime's capabilities
Partner with sales teams to develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation strategies
Provide technical guidance during pre-sales engagements and support customer pilots
Create and maintain customer-facing technical content, including reference architectures and solution briefs
Guide customers through technical validation processes and support business-case development
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout customers' evaluation journeys
Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap
Support proposal development with technical content and architecture recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience with 5G/6G Non-Terrestrial Networking standards
7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking principles
A sound technical foundation in satellite communications and wireless communications
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
Track record of successful technical sales engagements and solution development
Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern software architectures
Understanding of spectrum management, network orchestration, or similar technical domains
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite communications industries
Familiarity with software-defined networking and network orchestration platforms
Background in proposal development and technical writing
Must meet U.S. government export-control eligibility requirements: qualify as a U.S. person, be eligible to access export-controlled information without export authorization, or be eligible and reasonably likely to obtain necessary export authorization
