  • Meet cloud infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, observability, and incident-response standards
  • Validate customer journeys, authentication, integrations, GA4 measurement, consent behavior, and e-commerce flows after releases
  • Build automated test coverage, strengthen CI/CD quality gates, and verify releases across application boundaries
  • Own delivery from discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, support, and continuous improvement

  • Build AI-enabled marketing capabilities for segmentation, personalization, and workflow automation with data-quality and privacy guardrails
  • Create reusable skills, components, frameworks, workflows, and automation
  • Step into interim team leadership when needed

  • Track record of designing loosely coupled, distributed systems with well-defined data models and contracts
  • Hands-on experience integrating marketing and customer platforms through APIs, webhooks, events, and native extension points
  • Experience building customer data foundations: event tracking, identity resolution inputs, pipelines into a warehouse or data platform, and data quality practices
  • Strong judgment about when to configure, integrate, or build
  • Practical experience deploying and running software on cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, monitoring, and production support
