About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead module enhancements, support, and continuous improvement, with a focus on EC, ECP, Talent, and Performance
- Conduct complex analyses and propose robust, scalable solutions
- Work on integrations with SAP and legacy systems
- Ensure alignment with architectural and governance best practices
- Support and influence strategic HR technology decisions
- Participate in implementation, rollout, and digital transformation projects
- Work closely with business teams, translating requirements into efficient solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid, proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including core HR, payroll, and talent management
- Experience with complex implementation or transformation projects
- Experience with integrations involving SAP, APIs, and middleware
- Advanced analytical skills and a systems-level perspective
- Advanced English proficiency, preferred for a global corporate environment
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP solution architecture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Knowledge of SAP
- Process improvement experience
- Team management experience
