About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Regulatory Coordinators to create documents for parallel import licensing
  • Oversee packaging material creation and maintenance
  • Create mock-ups using printers, plotters, label printers, Braille printers and cameras
  • Maintain packaging material data and files
  • Create photo documentation of repackaged medicine samples prepared for licensing
  • Administer tasks in the department’s task management tool
  • Work with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Office 365
  • Help create efficient repackaging methods for different production sites
  • Print and assemble packaging materials for medicines in cooperation with colleagues acquiring EU marketing authorization for parallel-imported medicines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Experience in packaging creation or industrial design
  • Experience or advanced knowledge with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Office 365
  • Conversational level of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong eye for visual composition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems
  • Open-minded, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-functional situations
  • Understanding of the importance of Compliance
  • Attention to detail with a clear, high-level value chain perspective
  • Relevant education degree (graphic designer, industrial designer, packaging designer, pre-press work, copy-editing, etc.) is an advantage
  • Photography experience is an advantage
