Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement sophisticated analytics and data warehouse solutions based on SAP BW/BI, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Analyze customer requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, and implement them independently
Deliver technical solutions in customer systems, focusing on quality and sustainable maintainability
Coordinate functional and technical matters with customer teams, developers, and system owners
Support junior consultants through coaching, knowledge transfer, and active guidance in their professional development
Acquire new customers or actively contribute to new customer acquisition
Learn about new technologies and modules and share knowledge across abat
Take on (partial) project management or team leadership responsibilities
Own specific subject areas and actively drive their further development
Contribute to sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally with a focus on data science/data engineering
Fluent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel to support customer projects on site
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architectures
Experience implementing and supporting SAP data warehouse and analytics solutions
Initial practical experience with SAP Business Data Cloud or the willingness to develop in-depth expertise in this technology
Ideally, experience in manufacturing companies, automotive OEMs or suppliers, or the logistics sector
At least three years of experience in one or more of the following technology areas: SAP BW/BI; SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud; S/4HANA Embedded Analytics; SAP HANA; Databricks; SAP BTP; ABAP / ABAP OO; interfaces and integration; reporting and front-end technologies
Abstract thinking skills to understand and solve complex data requirements
Ability to stay calm and demonstrate commitment during peak project phases
Confident and friendly communication skills
