About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the Skye internal application task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs
  • Identify servers to claim jobs by contacting primary and nearby servers through Skye, maps, text, phone, and email
  • Identify jobs that cannot be claimed because of missing customer information or other dispatch barriers
  • Resolve issues and escalate them to relevant teams when needed
  • Monitor and report trends in stuck jobs
  • Review unclaimed ZIP codes in assigned states and coordinate with county servers and the regional recruiter
  • Notify the recruiter about locations requiring additional coverage due to volume, unclaimed ZIP codes, offline vendors, sheriff dispatches, or poor local-server performance
  • Coordinate frequently with servers and internal partners to keep legal-document delivery operations running smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-heavy role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to follow established processes with high accuracy
  • Must be located in Louisiana
  • Available for a full-time Thursday–Monday schedule from 8am–5pm CST
