About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support, training and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
- Communicate directly with process servers, providing coaching and meaningful feedback
- Field process-server questions and resolve blockers
- Ensure process servers understand expectations and adjustment timeframes
- Set clear expectations for underperforming servers
- Review assigned reports daily
- Reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve reasons they are not attempting jobs timely
- Hold servers accountable to directly impact performance
- Track and communicate blockers to the leadership team
- Work closely with Recruiting when additional coverage is needed
- Own process server network performance through data-driven performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience training and/or coaching
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Legal Processes is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Must be located in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida
- Full-time availability, 8am to 5pm PST
