Innovation Analyst – Energy Projects Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work collaboratively on technological innovation projects, focusing on energy and electronics
- Liaise with the Finance team to analyze data, consolidate information, and monitor project finances
- Prepare and review technical reports for technological innovation projects
- Consolidate, critically analyze, and organize project financial and accounting information
- Conduct financial data analyses, budget controls, and KPI monitoring
- Prepare technical presentations and write technical and scientific content
- Monitor funding opportunities and prepare and submit project proposals
- Lead and monitor technical and financial reporting activities
- Design, monitor, and improve processes, including the definition and tracking of KPIs
- Conduct interviews with managers and leaders of innovation teams
- Serve as a liaison between technical, financial, and management teams
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize project-related processes and analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering
- Analytical, organized, and data- and systems-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, interpret information, and propose improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Curious, innovative, and critical-thinking profile
- Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data
- Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership over deliverables
- Strong organizational and priority-management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Advanced English is a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Experience in undergraduate research, Junior Consulting, or innovation projects is a plus
- Professional experience in data analysis, financial KPIs, or performance analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of technological innovation projects and/or funding mechanisms is a plus
- Experience managing or monitoring project finances is a plus
