About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate development, land subdivision, or urban development
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent command of Portuguese
  • Excel (required)
  • Sienge and CVCRM (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
  • Organized, analytical, and collaborative profile, with strong communication and time-management skills and a problem-solving mindset
