About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support strategic events programs across EMEA, including third-party, first-party, and executive events
- Own end-to-end event logistics including creative tasks, room blocks, catering, swag, staff schedules, and promotional assets
- Coordinate venues, agencies, event organisers, hotels, couriers, and other external stakeholders
- Source agencies, venues, production partners, and suppliers
- Manage run-of-shows, timelines, contingency plans, invitations, registration, attendee communications, and internal promotion
- Support EMEA event mapping, calendar planning, and investment prioritisation
- Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, Partner/Alliance Marketing, and Brand/Creative teams
- Enable Sales on event details and expectations
- Track budgets, raise purchase orders, submit invoices, and update budget management tools
- Lead on-site execution, staff training, orientations, temporary staff direction, and real-time troubleshooting
- Complete post-event administration, list uploads, reports, retrospectives, and regional playbooks
- Share lead-status updates and ensure event ROI is realised
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Experience owning established, repeatable event formats end-to-end
- Experience running executive-level programmes and larger conference/trade show activations
- Multi-market EMEA experience and ability to work across different time zones and regions
- Strong program management habits: organised, deadline-driven, and increasingly independent on routine work
- Budget, vendor and contract management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR/BDR and Marketing stakeholders
- Ability to present event results and ROI using registration, pipeline and engagement data
- Willingness to travel roughly 40–50%, including evening/weekend work around live events
- Cybersecurity or enterprise software experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Experience with event and marketing technology such as Asana, Allocadia, Coupa, Jifflenow, Cvent, Salesforce, Sigma, Splash, RainFocus, Claude, and Google Suite is preferred
- An additional European language is preferred
- Familiarity with ABM principles and target-account event strategies is preferred
