What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience in software development

Experience building or operating gRPC or REST APIs in production
Comfort debugging distributed systems failures, including retries, timeouts, queueing, race conditions, and connection pooling
Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude
Experience or passion in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
