About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI product managers and engineers
Drive cross-functional execution to ship transformation initiatives
Build and maintain the enterprise capability map documenting ownership, current processes, and AI opportunities
Run transformation intake, prioritization, and operating cadence across functions
Define solution paths specifying human, AI, and system responsibilities
Own ROI analysis, business value assessment, metric trees, instrumentation, and executive analytics
Drive role redesign, change management, and adoption with People COEs and functional leaders
Lead company-wide AI initiatives end-to-end from problem framing through rollout
Deliver step-change improvements spanning three or more functions
Report to the Director of AI Transformation within the Chief Transformation Officer’s organization, with a dotted line into the People team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting
Track record of moving quickly on ambiguous, high-stakes problems
First-principles thinking and ability to reframe vague briefs and build defensible recommendations
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including metric trees, data extraction and structuring, scenario modeling, and presenting results independently
Daily hands-on use of frontier AI tools for real work
Built or rebuilt at least one process around AI
Ability to assess where current AI is useful versus where it falls short
Experience running multi-stakeholder initiatives without formal authority
Ability to describe alignment-building, tradeoffs, and delivery
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write one-pagers, build decks, and defend recommendations to leadership
Bias for action and high tolerance for ambiguity
Technical degree in CS, engineering, math, physics, or another quantitative field is nice to have, not required
Direct AI workflow redesign experience is nice to have
Fast-growing technology company experience, ideally in security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, is nice to have
Transformation, change management, or strategy office experience is nice to have
MBA is not required
